The Barchessa (the Outbuilding)
The Barchessa is perfect for your holiday; it occupies the right wing of the villa and extends over two floors for a total area of 350 mq. The Barchessa is ideal for groups of friends and relatives who want to spend a happy holiday together close to nature.
The building is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, energy-saving heating and air-conditioning systems, Internet WiFi connection, satellite TV.
The upper floor comprises three double bedrooms, sleeping a total of six people. The bedrooms are furnished with original antique furniture and each room has air conditioning. The bedrooms are served by two large, fully equipped external bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
The barn room, located on the ground floor, is embellished with three large arched doors that connect the interior space with the exterior, the park, where a space can be set up for outdoor dining when the season permits and upon request.
Garden chairs and tables are provided.
Three large arched doors open onto the park from the salon, so that eating al fresco becomes an option when the weather is good. Garden seats and tables are at your disposal.
